Legal Clearance: Jaise ki humne apne pichle topic mein baat ki, agar aapka bank account kisi government agency (jaise Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate) ya court ke order se freeze hua hai, toh bank tab tak use unfreeze nahi karega jab tak aapko us particular agency ya court se NOC na mil jaye. NOC Kaise Prapt Karein? (How to Obtain an NOC?) – Kadam-ba-Kadam Prakriya
NOC prapt karne ka process depend karta hai ki aapko NOC kis cheez ke liye chahiye aur kis entity se chahiye. Lekin kuch aam kadam aur zarooraton ko yahan samjhaya gaya hai:
- Concerned Party Ko Application Letter Likhein: Sabse pehla kadam hai us entity (bank, landlord, RTO, court, previous employer, etc.) ko ek formal application letter likhna jisse aapko NOC chahiye.
- Letter ka Format: Letter mein saaf-saaf aapka naam, address, contact details, aur woh uddeshya likha hona chahiye jiske liye NOC chahiye (jaise loan clearance, vehicle transfer, etc.).
- Context: Agar NOC kisi specific transaction se related hai, toh us transaction ki details (loan account number, vehicle registration number, property address, case number) zaroor mention karein.
- Request: Spasht roop se NOC jaari karne ka anurodh karein.

- Kanooni Dastavej: NOC ek mahatvapurna kanooni dastavej hai. Isliye, hamesha iski authenticity (pramanikta) aur sahi jaankari ki jaanch karein. Fake NOCs ke gambhir kanooni parinaam ho sakte hain.
- Validity Period: Kuch NOCs ki ek nirdharit validity period ho sakti hai (jaise RTO NOC ki 6 mahine). Is avadhi ke andar hi aapko apna kaam poora kar lena chahiye, anyatha aapko naya NOC lena pad sakta hai.
